Square is looking for a Senior Designer to lead our design initiatives, establish visual standards, and create stellar digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Define brand design guidelines
Lead cross-functional design sprints
Mentor junior and mid-level designers
Translate business goals into clean visuals
Who you are
You have a strong visual design portfolio
You understand UX/UI concepts thoroughly
You write and communicate visual ideas cleanly
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js
Knowledge of animations
Testing experience
